We are excited to share that Doggy Day Out is now live.
This new program gives our dogs a chance to get out of the shelter for a few hours to enjoy a change of scenery, reduce stress, and spend quality time with our volunteers. It is a great way to make a direct impact on their well-being.
For now, Doggy Day Out will run Tuesday through Thursday from 10 AM to 3 PM. This is a testing period as we get the program up and running, and we hope to expand to more time slots in the future.
If you are interested in participating, there are a couple of requirements. You must have completed your dog training and have experience with solo dog walking sessions before signing up. This helps ensure that both you and the dogs have a safe and positive experience.
